These terms govern your use of Namelumen, a product of Astroscend Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Plans and access
- Namelumen offers guest access, Free access, and a Pro subscription.
- Pro is currently priced at £15 per month.
- Usage limits may differ by plan.
- We may change the service, limits, or pricing over time. Any pricing change will apply prospectively, not retroactively.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Pro renews automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Questions about billing can be sent to admin@astroscend.com.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
- You may not interfere with the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
- You are responsible for the content you submit to the service.
Outputs and responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated names, availability results, and any final brand decisions before use. Domain availability can change, and Namelumen does not provide legal advice or trademark clearance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment fails, or if use of the service creates risk or abuse. You can stop using Namelumen at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Namelumen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific commercial outcomes, or that any generated name is legally available for use.
